Jennifer works with the entire team, ensuring they have the resources needed to provide the residents with the best care possible. Jennifer grew up in Altoona and is proud to be able to bring The Classic to this community. Her business and real estate background provide necessary operations knowledge, but it is her love for people and in particular seniors, that motivates Jennifer to ensure The Classic is a vibrant community. Jennifer lives in Chippewa Falls with her husband and has three sons and a dog.
Kelli is responsible for the operations, employee and resident relations, and regulatory compliance for the Residential Care Apartment Complex and Community-Based Residential Facility. She is the first point of contact, providing tours and sharing information about The Classic with potential residents, families, and the general public. She has bachelor's degrees in business administration and nursing. Kelli joined The Classic after 18 years as an operating room nurse and surgical services administrator. This combination of direct patient care and leadership experience allows Kelli to lead with empathy and understanding while upholding The Classic's standards and mission. Kelli holds a special place in her heart for our senior residents.
Katie does recruiting and placement for those seeking employment at The Classic. She also handles payroll and benefits while performing daily human resources functions. Katie graduated from the University of Northwestern St. Paul with a double major in human resources management and marketing. Katie's roots in working with the senior population began in college when she worked for an assisted living community in Minnesota. Upon relocating to Wisconsin, she initially worked as a staffing consultant for a manufacturing company. After discovering The Classic, she knew that this is where her heart belonged - serving the best residents from around the Chippewa Valley.

Karley assists the executive director in helping develop services and programs to meet the needs of the residents. She assists in the recruiting process, including reviewing applications, coordinating new employee orientation, managing employee benefits, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. She helps the human resources department with other day-to-day functions at The Classic as well.

Jamie is responsible for providing care to our independent and assisted living population as well as overseeing the clinical staff. She maintains healthcare records, provides assessments and treatments, and processes physician orders. She also updates physicians and family members on significant resident healthcare changes and needs. Jamie has been employed in the healthcare field for the past 15 years. Her career began in a skilled nursing facility. As a nurse for the past 13 years, Jamie's involvement with assisted living and memory care settings has helped her find her passion with the geriatric population.

As an LPN, Stacy works closely with our resident services supervisor, resident assistants, registered nurse, and management team to provide optimum care for our memory care residents. She is responsible for maintaining healthcare records, providing assessments and treatments, and processing physician orders. She also updates physicians and family members on significant resident healthcare changes and needs. A graduate of the practical nursing program at Winona Technical College, Stacy has over 20 years of medical/surgical nursing experience, with an emphasis on geriatric caregiving. She enjoys interacting with the residents and their family members and is delighted to have the ability to work with the loving and dedicated team at The Classic.

Amy is responsible for adequately staffing and scheduling resident assistants to ensure residents' safety, personal care, and needs are met. She is in charge of ordering nursing supplies and assists in the orientation and training of the caregiving staff. Amy oversees the resident assistant charting and daily resident service schedules.
As the head of life enrichment at The Classic, Rachel plans a wide range of activities that focus on emotional, spiritual, physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Rachel is an Eau Claire native and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation. Rachel was previously a life enrichment assistant at The Classic and a program assistant for an adult day center. She strives to provide meaningful and fun activities to enhance the daily experiences of our residents. Her favorite part about working at The Classic is making people smile!

Riley oversees the dietary department's production, purchasing, chefs, and overall quality control. While working directly with every department to create an exceptional dining experience for every resident, Riley individualizes specific needs to ensure complete satisfaction. He also updates our restaurant menus by collaborating with residents and staff to ensure ongoing dining satisfaction and prepares catering services for events at The Classic.

Joe maintains the building and grounds and supervises the housekeeping staff. He takes care of any repairs or maintenance that is required for the apartments or requests by the residents. He is also responsible for creating, performing, and overseeing all daily, weekly, and monthly checks on all physical plant systems.
